Hi, I’m Léo Cinelli
My name is Léo Cinelli, and I’m a local guide based in Lagos, Algarve. I’m originally from Brazil, but I have been living in this beautiful coastal town for over 10 years.
I’m a surfer, sailor, adventurer, and personal trainer, and adventure sports have always been an important part of my life. Since I was a child, I’ve loved exploring new places, being outdoors, and discovering hidden gems along the coast.
Living in Lagos has given me the opportunity to experience everything this incredible region has to offer — from secret beaches and stunning cliffs to unforgettable ocean adventures.

And that can completely change the experience.
Choosing the right activity for each day requires local experience and knowledge of the region’s weather conditions. In the Algarve, the weather can change depending on the wind, tides, and sea conditions.
For example:
Doing kayaking in the Ponta da Piedade caves on a windy or wavy day can be uncomfortable and ruin the experience.
Picking a day with strong north wind for a coastal hike or horseback riding is usually not ideal either.
